Chatting about Mission
Young people at C of E Synod
Young people from Derby were chatting with Archbishops about mission recently.
The group of six from St. Alkmund’s Church on Kedleston Road were at the
recent Church of England Synod in York. They used HOPE Revolution’s Chatterbox
to come up with creative ways to share their faith with their friends.
This ‘fun-sized mission academy’ was showcased in front of the 500 synod members at last month’s gathering of church leaders from across the country.
HOPE Revolution (part of the Hope Together movement) is about ‘empowering a generation of young people to actively and creatively share their faith with the world around them.’
